According to Morocco law, the buyer has the right to return any product within 14 calendar days without giving reasons. However, this principle applies only to physical goods.

In accordance with the MF Government Resolution "On Approval of the Rules for Remote Sale of Goods", digital licenses, including electronic keys for software, are not subject to return or exchange . This is due to the fact that such goods have individually defined properties and can only be used by the buyer.
